Simply acting as a “mailbox PM” and channeling project information between parties is not sufficient. A good PM needs to have the ability to intervene and take corrective action when project resources are not achieving targets.
By thoroughly understanding our clients’ requirements and working together with the project stakeholders to seek and drive solutions, WIT have a track record of delivering complex new office, restack and relocation projects for demanding global organizations. In addition to corporate workplace environments, WIT has experience with the delivery or projects in almost all sectors of the market such as Hospitality, Retail, Energy and Healthcare. We also have a team that specializes in Data Centers.
WIT Project Managers have a detailed understanding of the corporate environment and how to manage relationships within that environment. We are able to establish clear and effective communication protocols and provide the reporting required to give relevant and concise information to project stakeholders.
WIT can be engaged as either a Project Manager or a Management Contractor, the latter of which provides the client with our complete design and project management capability set as well as an open book commercial structure that ensures a cost efficient procurement process under a single main contract.
