Due to our wealth of experience in managing user technology moves and changes, WIT were engaged by this Investment Banking client to project manage the relocation of their headquarters from Hong Kong Island to a new landmark building in Kowloon.

Including around 400 front office and 800 back office personnel, this challenging relocation project also included a number of IP Voice and Desktop system upgrades to add technical complexity to the many logistical challenges of simultaneously managing a new site fit out to dove tail with user and technology migrations.

Coordinating with the technical work-streams and the facilities management, the WIT project management team were able to develop a phased user relocation plan to manage the risk of relocating critical trading users.  All relocation phases were delivered to programme and within budget.
